Title: PMDG 747-8i and GSX Level 2

Good Morning
is the PMDG 747-8i not supported by GSX. wen requesting to operate the jetways i get both jetways (at KLAX) 1 FWD Jetwayxs to entry 1L, 2 AFT Jetway to Entry 1L

In the customize aircraft entry 1l and 2l are set correct.

it works perfect with the PMDG 747-400  as well as with the PMDG 777-300ER or 200LR   

any support is highly appreciated

The PMDG 747-8 is internally supported by GSX and doesn't require any configuration. In fact, if you downloaded/made a configuration for it before, it's possible this is wrong but, your own configurations will always take precedence over the GSX internal one.

Use the Reset button in the airplane configuration page, to be sure you use the internal configuration that comes with GSX.

i found the issue the aircraft was not set to the correct position.
