Happened to me too in EFHK.  This is P3D v4.4, and I'd done a complete GSX deinstall/reinstall after upgrading to 4.4 since I'd updated the Client, Content, and Scenery.

Certainly looks like some issue with SODE, where the bottom of the model moved but the top part didn't.

But what's weird is... I saved the scenario, and when I came back to it after restarting, the same jetway had a different livery, and worked normally.

That looks like the simulator might have been flooded by too many commands at the same time by too many addons, so that SODE couldn't send the animation commands itself.

You can reduce the number of data sent to the sim by GSX, by reducing the Passenger Density but, of course, there's not much GSX can do to control what other addons are doing.
