Title: Bad Files???

I had to uninstall my GSX because of two error that suddenly appeared, MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll. Once I had uninstalled GSX the problem disappeared. So, then I reinstalled all my GSX files, however those two problems appeared again. Can anyone tell me how to fix my GSX files?

Additionally, GSX will NOT reinstall because of these two files. I went to Microsoft web site and ran their fix to the problem, however it appears the real issue resides with the GSX files. So I have a program I purchased that is not working and will NOT reinstall because of these two .dll files. Is there an answer to the problem???

I see you posted in another thread that you fixed the problem by reinstalling the VC++ libraries, as instructed.
