Hi, happens that choosing a gate for heavy aircraft gsx service not available. Any reason for this issue?
Happens often with B787 heavy.
Please advise

Most likely because you choose a parking which is too small. GSX will tell you about that and, of course, will even allow you to override the parking radius in the scenery, when you are sure the parking *can* fit such big airplane.
