Title: KDFW and GSXv2 elevation discrepancy
Post by: keino333 on November 05, 2018, 03:01:27 pm
running into a discrepancy with the elevations at DFW
i've adjusted the elevation in the gsx editor to match the height of the jet way.  But the result:

here it is reset to the correct/default height.

That's not the way of using the altitude correction, which is supposed to be used only to fix issues caused by altitude correction .BGLs (like OrbX Vector).

To match the jetway to the scenery bridges you must either:

- Select a different jetway model. For KDFW, the 3 JBT "higher" variations fits the scenery bridges heights almost perfectly.

OR

- Use a slanted connecting bridge ( those with the "S" in their names)

I suggest to wait for our own GSX customization for KDFW, which will come soon.
