Title: GSX crashing on Selection of Services

Hi All, i am having an issue with my GSX. When i do shift+ctrl+F12 and select a service my GSX crashes and says the whole do you want to see the log and load again. It also tells me to add an excision of the addon Manager folder in my anti virus, I have done this but i am still getting the same message appearing. No matter what i do i cant get it to work can anyone help? [i have re-installed GSX and installed the addon manager]

I get the same problem but only  when requesting boarding at bus gates. I request boarding but not getting the menu to select ground handling agent, I enter the number of pax and then press enter on the Keyboard and GSX crashes. Works fine with Jetway gates. Also works fine if just selecting Pushback. The ground handling agent menu appears. Not sure what the problem Is but was working before. Any one else have this issue?

You should have replied to see the error log, and posted it here.
