Title: Not sure what to expect at FSDT airports with Level 2

Hello,
I am confused about what to expect at FSDT airports with respect to level 2. Using level 2 in P3dV4.3.  For example, I  went to FSDT PHNL, and when I am parked at the gate, and request boarding, it tells me to move the jetway. At default Level 2  modified airports, after requesting boarding, the jetway moves to connect and animated passengers appear. (Parenthetically  it appears that I can move the jetway by CTRL J or from the dropdown menu, which is different from default level 2 airports). 

But even though it is a FSDT airport, animated passengers are not seen and the boarding is like it was in the past without Level 2 i.e. only  simulated and occurs whether the jetway is connected or not.

So we will not see the animated passengers at FSDT airports?
