Title: no passengers

HI Just reinstalled Level 2 in my new computer, ground support etc works okay, but the bus and passengers do not arrive. I checked level 2 is active, according to my computer, but I just get a message "passengers are boarded", but no passengers have arrived for boarding.
Also on a/c like my QW Boeing 787 I am only getting one stairway when The a/c is not at a jetway.
Your help please.

Before you can use GSX with any airplane, you must create a configuration for it, if the airplane is not already internally supported by GSX.

The GSX manual explains how to create a configuration for a new airplane, starting at Page 46, the chapter named "Airplane Customization"
