Title: Floating customisation labels - passengers arrive from the sky

Hi, I have had a problem on a couple of airports where the passengers appear from up in the sky and drop down onto the bus and then do not walk to the aircraft. I checked the settings in the customize airport positions option. The position markers are located in the sky and not on the ground. I have uninstalled GSX and reinstalled, but still the same.
This airport is default LRSB in P3D V4.3
Can anyone help please?

Do you have OrbX vector installed ? If yes, disable the airport in the OrbX AEC utility.

Yes thanks Umberto, I disabled the airport after I posted and all is fine.
