Well, I'll have to sort this out at a default airport. I'll let the pic do the talking ;D

Problem caused by OrbX vector. Disable the airport in the AEC utility.
-
Thanks for the reply however, I uninstalled vector sometime ago.

Then either something related to it is still there, or something else has changed the airport elevation in the same way. Check the name of the AFCAD used by GSX, it might give some clue of what it is.

I've been looking into that, GSXis using the 'default' afcad file in the P3D scenery folder. Would VECTOR have replaced that or edited it? If it has then I'm doomed to a reinstall of P3D :o :(

No, it would have placed a very small .BGL in one of its folders (sorry, I don't know exactly where, I don't use OrbX ), which contained only the altitude correction, and GSX won't use this, since it's not a complete airport, and GSX only use a single .BGL at a time.
Check if you have something for that airport under Scenery\World\Scenery in the simulator own folder.

Right, after some digging around I found a bunch of FTX airport elevation corrections still in the \Scenery\world\scenery folder; oddly though none of them named BIKF (majority UK aerodromes and 2 in america), deleting all of these has sorted BIKF out.
Thanks for the hints.
