Title: People floating

Hi,
I have bought GSX L2 and normally is all ok, but when I use the DO228 carenado plane (configurated with one pax door) when I call the boarding pax, the pilot are floating and not finish the boarding (see the image attached).
Obviously I have tried in many airport but the result is the same.
I've use P3dV4 and Windows 7
what I can to do for resolve it ?

what other enhancements do you have installed.  Orbx/ Vectors?

Does it happen with that airplane only ? If yes, please post the config.
