Title: pushback incomplete - not working Help

HI,
I've been having a problem for a long time. I do not know how I can solve it.
I start the GSX and ask for the pushback service. The tractor lands on the plane, and from that point on nothing happens. The marshall should go to the tractor to start the push. But nothing happens. I already uninstalled gsx, I installed again, but unfortunately I can not solve. Some help?

The error log shows something impossible under normal conditions: the folder created by GSX automatically for the airport cache cannot be found. Is as if you tried to run GSX while the cache rebuild process was still going, which is not even possible.

- Restart Windows

- Remove this folder manually:

C:\ProgramData\Virtuali\Couatl

- Restart the same, and be sure you wait the cache to be ready and the message "airport cache loaded successfully" comes out.

am also having problems with the pushback

when i remove the jetway after boarding, i request pushback but the truck doesnt move    nothing happens  

please help the flights am doing are being recorded by my Virtual Airlines Acars system

Are you getting the same error posted here ?

I did sso, he created ua folder with the scenry file, this he did.
but I still have the same problem.
the marshal is stopped in front of the plane after the tractor lands on the plane and nothing happens after

As I've said, are you still getting that error you posted above ? If yes, NOTHING in GSX will work, since without the airport cache, GSX cannot work on anything. I already suggested a possible solution to try, which I'll repeat it here:

- Restart Windows
