Title: New AI Nimitz package
Post by: Voodoo on June 15, 2009, 09:36:31 pm
Gentlemen,

You may want to check out the following link. A wonderful looking piece of ocean runway to play with. (Should work well with the classic "aicarriers2" package; not too sure about MP).

I could get this working in multiplayer, but it'd require either a mission or client on each computer along with the carrier.

Also, http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=17546 (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=17546) beta posts on the carrier, many screenshots.

It works fine with the AICarriers program.  In addition, you can build your AICarrier fleets as you like them using Accel default ships.  In addition, version 1.85 of Dino's freeware T-45C has been released today.  In the near future, Dino's freeware F-14D Tomcat will be released.

The AIBoat program can use the freeware carriers (Nimitz class) and one such bgl is available on the thread http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=17845 (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=17845) reply #96. San Diego to San Francisco and back see details on website.

Wow...

Just got around to testing it today and it's AMAZING!

My favourite part (besides being as functional as the default Acceleration one) has to be the working lift and solid bottom deck :P.

Edit: Here are some screenshots

Here are some screenshots I took of the new carrier available here: Link (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=17845).

Enjoy ;)!
