Title: I can't configure Jetway

Hello friends, administrators someone who can help me 


Buy this program thinking that I would work with ease but is a problem I can not solve, I need to know how to move the positions of luggage carts, jetway in the manual is indicated that use the key 2.4, 6.8 but does not work for me, perform a Nuev or subject and I received no specific answers for at least tell me how to apply for reimbursement of not having any help
