Hi, I have problem with couatl.exe
System: Windows 7 64Bit - Windows defender and other antyvirus software disabled for this test
FSim: FSX:SE fresh installation
GSX fresh installation and then FSDT Update run. after Windows restart:
When I run FSX couatl.exe is up and running (Looking in task manager)
When I go to free flight during loading after first question (do I want to run GSX) couatl disappear from task manager and then after flight is loaded message couatl.exe hasn't started appears.
I checked couatl.exe --test => tested ok it do nothing and no error messages.
Do you had such issues previously?
Best Regards
Astaral.

When I go to free flight during loading after first question (do I want to run GSX)
Which question ? Do you mean the trust question if you want to authorize the Couatl scripting engine ? That's supposed to be made only once, do you see that question every time you start free flight ?

No, If you need a screen after I will go home I can provide. However question was about activation of GSX product.
Of course all question about DLL/EXE/XML I clicked yes :)
Best Regards Astaral.

question was about activation of GSX product.
And what happens if you reply YES ? That question means there's a serial number in the registry which is not yet activated. If you activate it, the question will go away.

At this moment couatl.exe disapear from TaskManager as you can see on screen. When I click yes there is question "Am I Sure.. " and also yes and then "couatl.exe hasn't started" window. If I answer no it's same window about couatl.exe hasn't started.

Are you running the simulator in full screen mode ? If yes, put it back in widowed mode for the activation.

As you can see on screen I attached before. I'm using a windowed mode. Maybe you can send me some dev version of couatl.exe with extended loging functionalities. And then you will be able to check what is wrong.

The problem of missing menu items under the Addons menu it's usually caused by one of these:
1) Defective antivirus. Download and install with the Antivirus disabled AND configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning BEFORE starting the sim.
OR
2) Missing/Corrupted VC++ libraries in your system. See solution in the "Addon Manager not showing up in P3Dv4 **SOLVED**" thread:
