Title: GSX L2 Control Panel doesn't open **SOLVED**

I'm trying to open with adm. rights, but it doesn't open any more, and it crashes each time I try.  I used FSDT Live Update beforehand, so I know it's current.

I did a reinstall and the Control Panel is working at present.
