Title: Coautl Error

Keep getting a message that COAUTL has stopped responding and I should download the latest stand-alone add-on manager. I have run the FSDT Live Update several times already. Re-installed all of the VC++ runtime libraries only to keep getting the same problem over and over.

It appears after installing the GSX level 2 expansion the Couatl stopped working.
Downloaded the GSX Level 2 and installed again. Couatl got back working just fine in both FSX and P3Dv4.3

Something is strange, the program tried to load a logo that doesn't exist. Have you tried to add a custom logo ?
