Title: Request: First flight of the day / Turnaround (Level 2)

Hi,

so far I reeeeally love the expansion. Maybe this has been discussed before but it would be very nice to have an option for a "First flight of the day" where I can have the stairs docked (no baggage trucks etc) without having to call for any service yet. I find it strange that I make all preparations with open door but without stairs.... ie getting the stairs only if I call for passengers etc.

Also on turnaround, it would be nice to keep the crew from deboarding with the passengers. I often do several legs and it's kinda annoying when I always have the crew boarding and deboarding for no reason.
Maybe seperate the passenger and crew boarding options?

I'd also like the 'turnaround' flights to keep the crew onboard.  Not only is it unrealistic but it wastes so much time.  Thank you.
