Title: Strange problem!

This is what happens when boarding passengers on Trondheim airport with orginal SODE jetways. Any help will be highly appreciated :)

Difficult to say without looking at the actual files. It's possible those jetways have a too high root_floor_height parameter in their jetway.cfg, which might be correct or not, depending how they are made.

But why is it like they are walking down a stair when entering the plane?

I have exactly the same problem at "Taxi to gate LFPG".
