Title: Pushback services hang after passenger boarding complete

I've tested this at a few different airports, and seem to be getting the same results

After passenger & baggage boarding complete, and I select to request pushback, simconnect responds with 'pushback requested', but nothing else happens.

I've waited more than 5 minutes and checked if any other service is still running. The only way I can get pushback is to reset the position.

What happens if you try restart cuaotl via GSX menu?

Same as resetting the position - it works, but shouldn't have to do that

Are you using a parking with a jetway ?

Please post all the following:

- the airplane used

- the scenery used

- the gate used

- the exact sequence of GSX operations you made.
