Is this not available in GSX2? trying to add three jetways (found the upper ones) but the height in this case is to low for the bridge? or are there specific bridges for this? Couldn't find the correct one...

Try the slanted bridges, those with an _S in their name.
-
Or use the special jetway 3JW model, which is much higher, made for the A380

Thanks for the pointer in the correct direction, unfortunately those aren't high enough tried all with S the height stays the same only the length changes ;-)

Thanks saw it to late going to try now thanks again for the direction 8)

The last one 3JWC will work fine only would like to have a few more bridges that are higher too....

Bridges don't have an height. They automatically raise to the jetway's height.

Ok thanks...

I might sound stupid, but in my Jetway list, I do not see any jetways with an _S in their name and certainly not a single jetway with a "3JW" designation. Do I miss some models?

Sorry, that's the simobject title. It's labeled "upper deck" in the editor.

Ok, those I found. But they connect only about 1m higher to the terminal than the other jetways. It would be nice to have one which is really connecting on a second level, such as in Zurich and elsewhere (EDDF if I am not wrong). Is it planned to add further jetways in future updates?

We already added new jetways in the current Live Update that has been released now, and we are planning to add new jetways for the next years...
-
That's good to hear. I would really love at least one jetway that connects on the "second floor" to the terminal building, as such as you can put 2 jetways above each other instead of next of each other...

In the last live update we have updated the upper models, now have the correct height to be at the level of the upper door of the A380 (they are about 1.5 m higher), please update.

Oh, even better to hear, will try it this evening, thanks for the heads up

Great thank you could we have a matching bridge also then it would be perfect (S version but also higher ;-))

The bridge should automatically match the jetway height

Not with the new upper S ;-)
-
Confirm. The bridge for that Jetway does indeed NOT match the height. This needs to be corrected
-
Same here, the bridges do not match the novel height of the upperdeck jetways.
And, I know I am annoying, the height is still not the double of the "normal" jetway, making it basically still impossible to stack two jetways on top of each other (as at gate E67 in Zurich). It only works without that the lower jetway glitches into the upper one when using the Thyssenkrupp upper deck and the other brand lower deck, which then does not look right. Anyway, I wait for what comes in the near future, currently I have anyway no chance to test the upperdeck jetways, as I have no A380 or 747.
