Title: Front Stairway Too Short

Hi,
The front stairway does not come up to the front door on the PMDG T7 or the QW 787.  I used the 3D editor to make sure that the stairway lines up to the door and it is ok, but when put in play, it does not come up to the door. Attached is a jpeg.

I'm sorry but, the only possible reason for that stair not being able to extend, is that your door's configuration is wrong. What's the height you read in the airplane dialog ?

Hi

exit.0 = 0.4,  33.864, -9.607,  12.298, 0   //Door 2L,  is the numbers from the AC config file.  Isn't the 3D settings in the editor supposed to take care of this without having to change the ac config file?  And besides, when parked with a jetway, it lines up where it is suppose to.  Shouldn't it also effect the jetway?

I asked the height in the airplane editor dialog in GSX, not the airplane.cfg.

-3.06 9.9 4.70, are the numbers in the GSX editor

We are you trying to configure an airplane that is already fully supported in GSX ? Press the Reset button, and try the configuration that comes with GSX first.

I was trying to fix the short stairway.  I reset the settings and now everything is ok.
