Title: GSX L2 incomplete ativation?

Hi Umbertol,
I am using the latest PMDG 777-300ER with Windows 10 at UK2000 EGLL.
After testing most of the GSX options and reading the documentation, again and again, I am left with a feeling that my installation is somehow incomplete. The symptoms are:

• on deboarding, I am repeatedly told 'Waiting for your action: open Exit 1, open Exit 2'. The left doors ENTRY 1 and ENTRY 2 are shown as already opened. Recycling the doors open/shut has no effect.
• catering services are delivered so high that the loader walks through the aircraft roof above the doors.
• catering services are delivered even though door R2 is not open.
• the refuelling truck, a tanker trailer inappropriate for a B777, only stays a few seconds before leaving and the GSX menu saying it is completed.
• two baggage trains stop at rear cargo one on top of the other, one a ULD train the other containing suitcases.
• the baggage trains have no activity even though the cargo doors are open.

What can I do to progress?

Your issue seems to indicate the airplane configuration hasn't been read, as discussed here:
