Title: I cannot move the jetways upwards

I can use the Q and Z keys to move the animated ground staff who waves in the aircraft, but the gate I cannot move up... https://imgur.com/a/3P7HW7x (https://imgur.com/a/3P7HW7x)

As you can see from the diagram at page 42 of the GSX manual, the Q/Z keys in jetway editing mode control the jetway logo.
