Hi!
I have been eagerly waiting for Level 2 to release and have purchased it right when I saw that it was availabel through simmarket. I have downloaded and installed it with the downloader from the website some hours ago.
What happened, though, is that I initially didn't see any passengers after having activated it. Thought they would come with the boarding, but as soon as one passenger has been identified as boarded in the FSLabs A319, GSX crashes. Then some message appears that it could not be started which might be caused by an AV which can't be the case as I had not activated it.
Finally, here is the error log it opened:

I couldn't load any passengers as well as the number then keps rushing to 0 - Regardless of which entry I made

We cannot reproduce it (the FS Labs was thoroughly tested during Beta), but are working trying to understand what's caused it.

Could it happen if one tried to enter the value of passengers and cargo prior to boarding or should it not happen even after one did it?

The FS Labs should set the passenger number automatically. You only have to confirm it in GSX.
Have you maybe changed the passenger quantity in the airplane FMC *AFTER* GSX already started boarding/deboarding ?

I entered the boarding value at the beginning of refueling as usual

Dunno how relevant this is as im still testing, is that having GSX2 replace ALL default jetways with SODE seems to be putting tremendous pressure on my PC, which is an i7 4790K, GTX980, 16GB RAM, machine with few addon scenery. I get 100% CPU in flight and crash eventually. Disabling sode default replacements seems to help, is there a way to having all gsx (and sode) jetways disappear until you touch down and only show within a set radius/airport? still testing with this

I've posted a video here, showing no difference in CPU/GPU utilization, regardless if SODE jetways are replaced or not, and even by disabling our software:
