Title: Grayed out LV2?

I was working on some jetways then I go back to edit them and all I get is a grayed out options? I tried to run the update and I reinstalled the product but there is no luck???

In order to start customizing jetways on a 3rd party airplane, you MUST first create an Exclude file, which is done by enabling the Exclude Radius checkmark in the first page of the editor, exit from the sim, use the Control Panel to create the Exclude .BGL, go back to the sim, and start customizing.
