Be sure you don't have any firewalls that blocks the connection to the activation servers.
If you are located in China, I guess you'll have to use a VPN, since you might be firewalled by your ISP. Try this free VPN utility to activate:

WHAT`s THIS？？？

It means you have a Serial Number for XPOI in your registry, which surely cannot end up there by mistake. So, just activate it. If it's not a legit serial number, you'll see that question over and over, unless you clean up your registry manually:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Fsdreamteam\XPOI

That's caused by the internet in China being censored. Nothing we can do about it. Try to find another VPN that works, maybe.

You can't use GSX *because* of your VPN, that error is quite clear: the activation server couldn't be reached.
