Title: Installation Problem

I have fsdt's LAX, GSX, and DFW, and I cannot install them. The problem is that my FSX:SE is installed on my secondary drive for storage reasons. The installer doesn't detect FSX:SE so, therefore, can't install. I have tried using the FSX Registry Utility. I would really appreciate any help I can get.

The problem is surely your registry keys for FSX:SE which are wrong. This usually happens if you *had* the regular FSX installed at some point, then you installed FSX:SE, then you uninstalled FSX.

This procedure is wrong, and will lead to all sort of problems. The correct way to remove FSX after installing FSX:SE is as follows:

1) Uninstall FSX

2) Uninstall FSX:SE

3) Reinstall FSX:SE and start it at least once, so the Steam program can set the correct registry keys.

4) Start installing add-ons

Try to do the same procedure, starting with step #2
