Title: unable to register seriak no for gsx

Since installing Preopare 3d V4 I am unable to register my serial no for GSX for either fsx or prepare3d v4. I have the latest add on manager but product stays in trial mode for both simulators. Any ideas) This follows a system crash of windows 1o and complete reinstall

You don't say which version of the sim you use. If it's 4.0, it's not supported anymore, and the minimum requirement is 4.1.

If you have at least P3D 4.1, do you see BOTH the Addon Manager and the GSX menus under the "Addons" menu of the main menu bar ?

Yes I am using version 4 of prepare 3d and now all my products are showing as installed but not registered and fail to register. This is after the latest stand alone manager download and install.

You still haven't said which version of the sim you use. 4 doesn't say much because, as I've said, if you have 4.0, it's it's not supported anymore, and the minimum requirement is 4.1. The current version of the sim is 4.3.
