How do I check if I have the latest version? And how to I add a third cargo loader for Cargo planes and bulk cargo?

There's an option to check for updates in the Couatl menu.

If you are using an airplane that is not supported, or one that is supported but the GSX configuration for it doesn't include a main cargo door, you must edit the airplane and create a main cargo door.

Everything you need to know about editing an airplane, is of course fully explained in the GSX manual, starting at Page 36, in the "Airplane customization" chapter
