Title: Issues w/ GSX and PMDG 747

Hello,
   I've had GSX for a few years now and absolutely love it! It's definitely a must have for me. However, I've just come across my first hiccup with the add-on. I recently bought the PMDG 747-400 for P3D v4.2, and I can call in ground support from the air on approach to my destination airport, but at my starting airport I can't get past the YouControl menu. I've done both the key bind and clicking through the menu bar, and when I do either one nothing happens. It's only with this specific plane, the NGX and TFDi 717 both work perfectly with GSX. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You know how you either hit Ctrl+Shift+F12 or go to the menu bar and click on GSX and then 'show YouControl menu' or something along those lines? Normally when I do either of those I get the whole 'request deboarding, request refuel etc.' but at my starting airport on the ground doing both of those does nothing at all.
