Title: Redownload limit exceeded

I purchased GSX many years ago.After a computer crash I was obliged to reinstall my
products.
However it does not work for GSX as redownload limit is exceeded.
Is it possible to get a new key ?

There's no such thing as a "download limit" anywhere on our site. The installers are always freely available:
