2. RJCC parking spot too small message

sir i know it but why dont revise for universal locale? feeling lazy?

I'm not sure what you are trying to say but, converting a whole application to unicode is not trivial. We'll have a look into it, but it's not an high priority, since that option in Windows allows you to fix it.
