Title: Feature Request - Pushback/Pull Forward Option

I keep running into situations where I wish I could customize the "pushback" to include links where the aircraft is pulled forward.  A good example is KSFO where aircraft are pulled to spots that cannot be reached by push back only.  The example in the GSX manual provides a solution where the push back is out to attractors on a taxi path, but at KSFO only aircraft larger than B767 are pushed out onto the taxiway and the rest are pulled such that aircraft nose is pointing towards taxiway at spots 6A, 6 or 6B (attachment).  My red arrows are the pushback links and the blue arrows are the pull forward links.  Sure would be nifty!

This has been discussed many times on the forum and yes, push+pull will be added at some time.
