Title: GSX handle doors

Is there any reason that GSX does not handle opening and closing of doors?.

It is annoying seeing the green bar appear prompting.

Why can't it be like realworld, where catering and baggage handlers open the respective doors, they don't ask the cockpit to do it for them.
