Title: No staircase at EGBB

I’m using UK2000 airports and at EGBB all parking has its staircase disabled. I’ve began to untick the option but why are they disabled in the first place?

Because either you or the scenery developer, have created a GSX .INI file for that airport which disabled them all. By default they are enabled.
