Title: (PMDG) MD11F and crew stairs problem **SOLVED**

Hi,

In the latest update, the cargo aircraft stairs were changed and as a result the new stairs are not raised to the correct door level (see attached). The settings are correct in the aircraft configuration and as far as I can see, it is a matter of the stairs not having the animation to be raised to make contact with the correct position in the aircraft. Please advise.

Are you running FSX ? If yes, run the FSDT Live Update now, to get a fixed model.

I am getting the exact same problem as well with the pmdg 777f i just ran the fsdt live update and its still the same thing.

Worked at PANC but didn't at KMEM. Why?. Yes, it is FSX SE.

It's not possible you would still have the problem with the latest Live Update installed and, it's not possible you would see any different depending on the airport.

The problem was caused by FSX disabling animations after a certain viewing distance so, the updated model has a different radius, in order to prevent this so, that's why it's not possible you would see any difference when using it on different airports.
