Title: GSX Issues

Hi,

I am experiencing the following issues with GSX.  These were prior to the recent update and still continue after the update.

1. No Sound
2. When pressing Ctrl-Shift-F12, the menu appears for a split second and then GSX starts doing its own thing. Generally calling the fuel truck first.
3. When I get GSX activated the luggage vehicles are already standing at the aircraft and then drive off without doing anything and return after a while

The menu acting up by itself has been discussed in many other threads, and it doesn't have anything to do with GSX, it's a P3D 4.2 bug, explained here:
