Title: Procedure Problem

Good Day

The scenario:

The passengers have deboarded.
All baggae has been off loaded
I call for the catering service and a baggage trolley arrives at the rear door and starts off loading again.
The catering service trucks arrive and drive through the baggae trolley.
Front catering service correct no issue there.

A second loading of baggage is not normal, and nobody ever reported it before. Are you really sure you haven't called for boarding again ? If yes, please indicate precisely the airport and the gate used and, possibly, reproduction steps over a default airport.

Hello Support

I will reproduce the error sequence - found to be at Airports in South Africa and also last airport where problem occurred is RKSS Gimpo South Korea.

While parked at EGLL Gate 139 - request for deboarding - no Jetway - but then no front steps presented. See pics.

Check the GSX parking customization: if the jetway flag is checked, it means that parking HAS a jetway (GSX read it from the scenery .BGL), which you don't see, because you set the  Scenery Complexity is too low.
