Title: Uninstall sode problem

When I try to install the old sode I get a message that reads
there's a problem with this.windows installer package . A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. I've tried everything to get rid of this  even uninstalled my fsx folder can anyone help please

The issue is caused by an old version of SODE, most likely one that came with another scenery. The usual solution, when there's a problem with a previous installation, is to reinstall *THAT* old version, and then uninstall it.
