Not sure where to report this but i’ve recently updated to P3D V4.2 and i use prosim 737 (home cockpit)
When Requesting de-boarding the baggage belt cart doesn’t go up to the aircraft cargo doors. They stay horizontal and nothing gets unloaded. All appropriate doors are open!
-
I’ve opened both cargo doors but GSX says - Waiting to open exit 2
-
The service catering works fine

If you want to use an unsupported airplane with GSX, you must create a configuration for it, as explained in the manual.
When GSX is complaining about a door not being open, the only possible reason is the configuration for an unsupported airplane you made, has the door not properly associated to the correct variable. Please read the GSX manual, pages 35-37, especially the parts that deals with open/close checks.

I have read the manual and now placed the blue square inside cargo hold exit 2 but still nothing?

What do you mean with "nothing" ? Are you still referring to the fact that GSX is still waiting for a door ? If yes, please re-read my previous post, which said:

This aircraft is Prosim 737 flight model.
All doors work nicely, service and boarding stairs. Except the cargo belt truck.
This is way too technical for me to start adjusting variables

Then, as the manual says, use the "Door with no open/close checks" option, which is there exactly for when you don't know or don't want to figure out which variables controls a door.

Ok i will check this later. Will the ramp still go up and baggage?

It will go at the position you set.
