The problem doesn't have anything to do with our software. Since nobody ever reported it before, a quick search for the InPageError, seems to indicate you might have a drive failure:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/263919-32-inpage-error
And our Couatl program it's just a victim of it, maybe because it resides on a bad sector of the drive, so you are mislead thinking it's the cause of the crash, when in fact it's just affected by it.

or broken hardisk? or else
The above thread I linked should explain the cause. Since it's the first time ever we seen such report, an hardware failure seems likely. Try this:
- Uninstall GSX and reply YES to the question "Do you want to remove the Addon Manager ?
- Run a Checkdisk with the option repair bad sectors. It will likely restart Windows and will try the repair in Safe mode.
- After the Checkdisk is completed, reinstall GSX.

This confirmed the issue was an hardware one, which didn't had anything to do with GSX.
1. it says, it has been disabled by user settings,.. I haven't touch anything
That's because you haven't run the Live Update.

I'm sorry but, if you cannot even start the Live Update from the desktop, it clearly show your Windows installation is in a total state of mess, which is not strange, considering you had to do a Checkdisk to fix the bad sectors, and it really fixed some things.
Unfortunately, unless you really know what you are doing, when something like that happens, it's usually easier to reinstall Windows than trying to figure it out how to fix it.
