Maybe this is just Jesus moonlighting at KTVL? lol

The problem it's caused because you customized the parking with an airplane too big, which required a ladder, to the marshaller's height was stored tht way. You can of course fix it by customizing the parking system again, and use the Q and Z keys to lower the height, so it will be saved to zero.
