Title: FSDT ORD JFK

Hello I know this topic has been here before but none of them helped me. I bought ORD and JFK and on both sceneries the jetways do not show fully. Why is this I have registered the products and everything I even have the most up to date version of GSX installed as well anything I am doing wrong?

Please clarify what do you mean with "on both sceneries the jetways do not show fully". Does it mean:

- you have SOME jetways that display correctly, and some that don't ?

OR

- you all jetways appearing partially ?

OR

- you don't have any jetways at all ?
