GSX crash when boarding and disboarding passengers,I have been trying all day to solve this problem since I have buy it 8hours ago.I uninstall all my addons and airports and even reinstall P3D.
It still happens.My version is P3D4.1,question appears at every airport at plane PMDG 737 747 777.can you help me please? thankyou!

This was of course totally unnecessary. Always, always, ask support first.
Do you recall how many total passengers were indicated during the boarding process ?

120 for a 737-800
It also happened on 777F when start to upload cargo

This is strange, because I cannot replicate this. What's your timing settings for boarding/deboarding in the GSX Timings section ?

and I have just fouund another problem maybe can help？I request refueling but after the refuel, there is nothing happen, I set the fuel empty and ask for 80% fuel,It cannot refuel either.The catering and pushback works normally
