Title: Question about terminal maps for default scenery
Post by: austrianflyer on November 24, 2017, 06:00:06 am
Hi All,

Tricky question this... maybe someone has a simple answer. I would like to have some kind of orientation support (a chart?) when i land at a default scenery airport.

The reason is that the gate names in P3dv4 are so out of date, that I really struggle to synchronise the gate which I want (or which VATSIM has assigned me) and the gate which I have to tell GSX I’m using.

Using navigraph charts doesn’t help at all, because the default scenery uses very old names.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Tom

I think that this issue has no solution at all but to edit the AFCAD with ADE by yourself (i've done several times and is not difficult at all) or buy a scenery with up to date gates.

Best regards.

edit the AFCAD with ADE by yourself

Funnily enough I already installed ADE for the purpose of viewing the numbers. But I didn’t think of editing them. Thanks. That should work.

Any other ideas welcome of course.

Thanks,

Tom
