I'm coming to your forum to try to solve an installation problem that the official support could not help me.

First, have you disabled any antivirus you might have before installing?

Second, run the installer as administrator.

No, the "official support", has offered you to help you directly with Teamviewer, but you don't seem to be interested. The topic is locked, because you are already been followed more than appropriately by email.
