Title: Catering vehicles never show up on a second leg

Noticed a couple of times now that if I intend to fly a second leg without restarting P3D in between, after deboarding has been completed after the first leg asking for catering on the second leg the catering vehicles don't show up.

Have to reset GSX and then ask for catering again after which the vehicles show up as normal.
