It seems that you tried to make to make a custom configuration for the 787 (which is not included in GSX), which is entirely wrong, or you downloaded it from some place, and it's wrong nonetheless, like not containing anything.

Dear dream team
I had issue before saying that the airport was denied by user so got to to update the file which I done and then run it and the 787 worked without me putting any files In I don't found your comment very positive and helpfull is there a complaint e mail to send as it seems that you are not willin to help
Thanks
Martin

I downloaded the file from you web site

The file you downloaded was made by another user, not by us, and it was made before we updated GSX to support a separate Main cargo door.
Now, the issue is that plane also has an intelliscene.cfg file too, but AES never supported a main cargo door so, GSX is getting confused by this very unusual combination (an airplane with an AES config and an user-made config made before the last GSX update), because it doesn't know how to translate an AES from a function not supported by AES.
You should be able to fix this by running the FSDT Live Update, because we already fixed this.

Yes, but the issue happened only because the airplane *also* had an AES file. If you used only the GSX.CFG file downloaded from here, it would have worked.
Where can I found the fsdt update
On your Desktop.
