when I install GSX into my game and I launch it, it works but when I close my game and I reopen it later it's not there anymore, please help. I've had this problem for a couple months now and I thought it would fix itself.

After you exit the sim, check if you maybe have a Couatl.exe file still running in the Task Manager. It shouldn't but, if it does, it will prevent the software to run on the 2nd session.
Sometimes this happens because of the sim not shutting down cleanly for other reasons, or because of the antivirus so, be sure you exclude the Addon Manager folder from the antivirus scanning.

ok, thanks, next time i will see, if its not in my task manager then what?

Yes, after you quit the sim, the program is supposed to quit too in a few seconds (maybe more, if your sim is overloaded with stuff). If it doesn't ever quit, than you have a problem but, it's ok to force-quit it, if this fixes the issue.
-
ok, what should I do if it doesn't quit?
-
also, i just tried to use it and it crashed, ill try and share the log of it.

The log seems to indicate you are using an outdated version of the program. Try running the FSDT Live Update from the icon on the Desktop (when the sim is NOT running) to get all the latest files.

ok, thank you

There wasn't any need to reinstall GSX but, if you did that:
- Be sure you use the CURRENT GSX installer. If not sure, download it from the website now, and be sure you don't use an old installer.
- Configure your antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning.
-
ok, i uninstalled everything from gsx and reinstalled it, with all the current installers and everything and still gsx is not in my add-ons menu

You haven't said if you did this:
- Configure your antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning.
Also, have you seen a request to trust the Addon Manager and the Couatl modules from FSX, the first time after installing ? If yes, have you allowed the modules to run ?
-
yes, ive allowed it to run, and i just excluded it from the anti software

Are you missing only the GSX menu, or the Couatl and Addon Manager menus too ?
-
looks like its working for now, ill let you know if its not working

If you have Couatl but not GSX, it's because you haven't installed GSX. Maybe you uninstalled and reinstalled only other FSDT products, but forgot to reinstall GSX.

It's impossible that installing GSX would freeze the program for 10 minutes (and then, does it load ?), and nobody ever reported it before. Your problem is surely something else. Try a Windows restart.
-
Gsx starts as normal, it doesn't take 10 minutes for it to work. But what I'm saying is that after I load in my game freezes every 5 seconds for about a minute or 2, before I installed GSX I never had this problem, when you mean by windows restart do you mean I should restart my computer?

Soo I uninstalled the stand-alone Addon Manager and GSX, and then I reinstalled it back but not GSX just the stand-alone Addon Manager and I'm finding out that it's just this(the stand-alone Addon Manager) that freezing my game, sooo I don't know what to do. Please help (Hopefully This Makes Sence)
-
I just reinstalled GSX without installing the stand-alone Addon Manager and it still freezes. Pleas help

Installing the Stand-Alone Addon Manager is not required, since GSX comes with it.
In any case as I've said in my previous message, it's impossible that just installing GSX would freeze the program, and nobody ever reported it before. So, clearly, the problem is not GSX, but must be some other addon you have installed.
